POSTER - DRAFT.

After filming from 4 untill 5:15 i then stayed after school until 6pm and i created the whole poster.

More ideas i have created for album cover.

Although these are affective images and link well to the album being called 'rescue' and being by the sea it does not link to theme of other images that me and izzy decided work well, therefor if we did choose these images it would mean taking more images to link and cover the album. Another reason why these images were decided against is because we have now decided using a picture of the artist.

work at home.

As i do not have serif at home i am unable to edit around with pictures and create the pictures for the digipak layout. During lesson time today me and izzy came up with many ideas to create our digipak, but instead of just sticking to one idea i thought we could come up with a few and see what the audience preffered. i came across a few pictures that i thought could work well. I edited them.

These are images i have taken from a holiday in cornwall. I thought they would work well as the album name I thought of and choose is RESCUE, Being by the sea it can be dangerous and people may need to be 'RESCUED' so it works well. Even though this is not our choosen idea, it just shows some of the many ideas we did have.

21/10/2011-filming problems

The plan we had was to film over the half term, with izzy being away on holiday i was going to pick up the camera that izzy was going to collect and film all through half term. Without having the camera (check group blog for details) no filming was able to be done. I was approached by the female actor who originallly agreed to explained how sorry she was and was still wanting to take part, i then spoke to the original male actor who explained he did not have the time to take part in filming. So i spoke to another male who agreed he would like to take part. The reason we decided against me being filmed was that now we are back at school getting hold of the male outside of school would be alot of hassle. Filming is now being done this week.

we had alot of problems with the male and female actors for the music video and neither were free to be filmed although agreeing and making time arrangemnets. We were let down at last minute. In order to get everything done i then agreed i would take the place of the female actress and a male from outside of school also offered to be the male actor.

we went outside with our female actress and i took took some photos of her in a location we used in the music video which is the feild. After looking through these i realised they did not work and was not effective. I then thought of capturing her infront of the brick wall.

I thought of the idea for the album name being 'rescue' and we choose to go with this and i designed ten different fonts to go on the album cover and uploaded them onto the group blog.

The plain un-detailed pictures izzy uploaded onto group blogger, i took and added infomation on them and re-posted them onto group blogger with detail.

During the lesson on the 11th October me and izzy went down to photography to get a camera to take some shots of the areas where we will be filming on school sight. We went out to some of the locations and i took all the shots of each place. We then came back into lesson and each uploaded the pictures i had taken onto our computer. The work we completed is now on our group blog.

Georgia, you are keepign a record of what you are doing each lesson but don't label as 'Individual Work' as this is too general. Also, do some planning of other aspects of the c/wk, not just comments of what you did.

INDIVIDUAL WORK 5.

7th October during lesson time we asked permission from our teacher (miss dolby) to see if we could go out of lesson to film and she agreed this was fine, i then contacted sophie (the female actress for our music video) to find out if she was available for us to film some draft shots of her. She agreed it was fine and i asked michelle permission to borrow a video camera. With permission we borrowed a cannon digital video camera and went out onto the school feild and took three practice shots of sophie walking, looking un-happy. We then came back up to lesson and did not have time to upload the shots we had captured so thats what we shall do first thing at the beggining of the next lesson.

INDIVIDUAL WORK 4

During break time today 5th October i spoke to sophie and josh about being in the music video and asked if they would contribute and they both agreed to take part. So we now have the male and female actor and actress that we need. Then during lesson time on the same day i took mine and izzys time table and compared our frees to his and aranged times in which we can film.

INDIVIDUAL WORK 3

On the 30th of september in the first hour of our of media me and izzy edited the first draft of our anamatronics storyboard and added transitions. I then uploaded this onto the group blog. Then in the second hour we discussed, planned and uploaded the plans for our magazine advert.

On the 29th of september me and izzy sat in lesson time and split half the story board and cropped the pictures on publisher, opend in paint and saved them as single photos in order to create the anomatronics storyboard. Then in two and a half hours of my own time i opened movie maker and created the first draft of our storyboard.

INDIVIDUAL WORK 1

On the 27th of september me and izzy sat through our free periods at school and planned out all the timings and did the story board. When we went home i wrote up a paragraph about our ideas for the digipak and izzy wrote the timings up in neat. I downloaded nikki minajs song to my computer in order to create the 'animatronics storyboard.'

RMA-7-Album cover-Christina Aguilera

The background of this poster is white, this allows the black and white picture of christina to stand out. The small printed writing on each side of her is a very feminine font which is very suitable as the main target audience is females. Down in the bottom left hand corner of the poster there is the word ‘stripped’ which is the name of her album she is promoting. The font looks hand written and this makes it seem to the audince its very personal and important to her.

The long shot of the photo on the front allows the audience to view her physic and her clothing, The fact she has flesh n show reels in the male audience. The body language of the female singer represents a dance move which links to the fact she is involved in the music industry.

The singer is using indirect mode of address which shows a hint of mystery about her and suggests she has mire to offer if you buy her album. This is a good way to persuade the audience to buy her album.
